LTC(R) Elizabeth Sharp started her military service while attending the University of Tennessee, Knoxville as a Cadet (1988-1990) and as part of the Tennessee Army National Guard. After commissioning, she stayed with the TNARNG until she retired in 2019. She served 18-1/2 years of active federal service. With a total of over 30 years of service as a Logistician and Adjutants General Corps officer, she has served in many postions, most notably as the S1 for the 30th CSSB during deployment as part of OIF/OEF to Q-West, Iraq from 2008-2009. She is currently working at the Tennessee Valley Healthcare VA in Murfreesboro, TN as an Organizational Consultant. She continues to serve her community through VFW Post 12006 and enjoys hanging out with her fellow military brothers and sisters.
